Returns & Exchanges

The actual color of the product may vary from the photo depending on the usage environment (device, skin tone).

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

(1) Please contact our Customer Support team with the following details:
(Failure to include the required details may lead to the rejection of your return/refund request.)

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or wrong product
  ※ If you received an incorrect item, please also include a clear photo of the shipping label on the package.

(2) After receiving your request, our team will review the information and process your return or refund.

Returns (refunds) are strictly available for defective or incorrectly shipped products. Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• If the item was not purchased directly from Slow Recipe
• If the package was returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, unpaid customs fees, etc.)
• If the customer changes their mind about the purchase (Change of Mind)
• If the wrong item or option was ordered by customer mistake
• If the return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date
• If the product or its original packaging has been opened, used, or intentionally damaged
• If the return is requested to change the product variant, option, or shade

Additionally, Slow Recipe does not offer exchange services at this time. Please note that actual product textures and shades may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and individual skin types.
