1. Add Natural Verve Basti to your bathtub.
2. Fill the bath with water while lathering the INSM bag. (The stronger the water pressure and the higher the water temperature, the richer the bubbles).
3. Once you have a rich lather and the petals are up, bathe for 15-20 minutes.
4. After the bath, rinse the bubbles off your body with clean water. (Remove and discard any used bags.)
