Can be used in microwaves and ovens, but not for direct flame cooking.

• Microwave: Recommended for use in microwaves with 700W or less for 3 minutes or less.
• Oven: Recommended for use in ovens at temperatures of 200℃ or less for 50 minutes or less.

Note: While these plates are durable, please avoid using them with extremely hot foods or liquids to prevent warping.
